Access to Education – Myanmar is an education initiative founded on 16 April 2025 by education enthusiasts from Myanmar with an aim to provide and promote access to quality education and the pursuit of continuous education for students and youth from Myanmar whose learning and education opportunities were disrupted due to the polycrisis imposed by various reasons.

Our Programs:
Learning and Mentorship Program – The Learning and Mentorship Program at Access to Education – Myanmar aims to support professional and academic development of young people whose educational access and opportunities have been disrupted and limited since the pandemic in 2019, further compounded by the Myanmar military’s coup coup d’état in 2021 and ongoing civil wars, political conflicts, and multifaceted crisis in the country. Over a three-month period, participants underwent comprehensive training comprising three distinct components: professional and academic development courses, interactive individual mentorship, and bi-weekly networking and webinar series.
Debate Education Program – Debate Education Program at Access to Education – Myanmar offer unique education opportunities and networks to promote creative and critial thinkings for young people in Myanmar. We envision to build a debate culture in Myanmar as we believe that a culture of debate stands at the core of an open society which the country has been imagined as a new Myanmar. Through our debate programs, we
- Aims to build a culture of debate society which encourages critical thinking and respect freedom of thought and freedom of expression.
- Aims to create a space for youth where they can express their opinion, intellects, and concerns freely and safely.
- Aims to extend individuals and networks interested in debate and building debate culture in Myanmar.
Talk Series – this weekly professional and academic webinar series is designed to offer students chances to learn, interact, and network to build further connections with the invited panelists and speakers. During the program, students, with their assigned groups, are required to conduct at least one professional webinar session by inviting their own speakers. This aims to equip them with hands-on experience and skills of arranging and conducting professional webinar series.
