Meet Our Mentors
Meet one of our mentors who is a father and an educator.
We are delighted to introduce our next mentor [Saya] Zin Myo Kyaw, who has just recently graduated from Bard College with a Master of Arts in Global Studies.
In his educational journey, Zin Myo Kyaw went to PhaungDawOo Monastic School in Mandalay to continue his high school education after a couple of years’ hiatus. He later joined the Pre-College Program and Parami Leadership Program to build foundational skills and capacity for professional and academic growth.
In his career aspects, Zin Myo Kyaw began his profession as a Teacher Trainer at Monastic Education Development Group, where he delivered capacity building training for new teachers across the country. He himself had worked as a teacher in both monastic schools and international schools for many years. He has also been proactively involving in advancing quality education for young people in the higher education sector to this very present day.
We are very excited to have him in our Learning and Mentorship Program enabling and empowering our young participants to learn more and become more for their future.
